What data does RoadTrip collect?
Booking Information: When you purchase goods and services from us we will ask for your name, postal address, telephone numbers and email address. This helps us to process your booking/purchase, to contact you if we have any problems with your request and to send you an electronic confirmation of any quote obtained or bookings made. In order that you can be covered by our insurance when riding our motorcycle we are also required by our insurance company to acquire copies of your driver’s license, a proof of address and a second form of photo ID.

RoadTrip will never share your personal details with any other individual, company or organisation except with our designated touring partner if you book a RoadTrip Motorcycle Tour; or when required to do so by law; or with our insurers as part of an insurance claim process.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology is used to protect personal information that you send to us via our web sites.
Any digital personal information that we hold as part of your customer profile will be held in a database with physical and technological security controls and procedures in place.
Physical information such as credit card slips and rental contracts will be held under lock and key for as long as we are required to by our insurers or statutory requirements, thereafter destroyed.
