RoadTrip offers the top specification BMW F 850 GS TE for hire. The F 850GS is based on the same motor platform as the F750 GS, but with a little extra power. The bike is also slightly taller and comes equipped with spoked wheels. We have a choice of low or standard saddles to give seat heights of either 835mm or 860mm.
The RoadTrip F 850 GS TE also includes the usual full suite of upgrades and refinements. These include keyless ride, BMW’s full TFT dash, gearshift assist, cruise control and heated grips. We have also added, engine dresser bars and a touring screen.
BMW Vario luggage (with liner bags) are also available and a BMW GPS unit can be attached to this motorcycle.
BMW F 850 GS features and technology
The F850 GS is driven by BMW’s 853cc water cooled, vertical twin motor with four valves per cylinder. This produces 95bhp at 8,250rpm. It s equipped with a six speed transmission complete with BMW Gearshift Assist Pro. The final drivve is via a chain.
The F 850 GS’s electronics package cludes a TFT dash and keyless ride. This motorcycle has electronic riding modes as well.. Gearshift Assist Pro. allows smooth, clutch-less gear shifting up and down the transmission. Traction control, ABS and Automatic Stability Control system enhance riding comfort and safety.
RoadTrip’s BMW F 850 GS Sport motorcycle rental is available in the unique 40th Anniversary edition livery. BMW ‘Vario’ panniers and top case with liner bags are also available for hire . Either a detachable tank bag or a BMW Navigator GPS navigation unit can also be fitted.

Quick Release Tank Bag: 4 litre capacity, ideal for carrying keys / wallet / phone/ sunglasses, water bottle etc . Carry handle, easily removed.

SatNav: BMW Navigator V/VI with up-to-date European mapping is available to hire with this motorcycle.
